A distributed tech company wanted every new hire — across nine states and three countries — to open the same considered welcome kit before their first day, without HR touching a single box.
Solution
We built a standing kit program: heavyweight hoodie, enamel mug, notebook, and a custom welcome card, kitted in a branded mailer. Inventory lives in our warehouse and kits ship automatically as offers are signed.
Result
500+ kits shipped in the first year across 12 countries, with zero manual work for the People team.
