Challenge
Uber's events team needed 2,000 premium hats in four colorways for a multi-city driver-partner event series — on a six-week timeline, with delivery split across three venues.
Solution
We sourced an unstructured mid-profile cap that felt like retail, not promo, then ran tonal puff embroidery with a custom woven interior label. Each hat was polybagged, boxed by venue, and shipped on a staggered schedule matched to event dates.
Result
Delivered to all three venues ahead of schedule. The events team reordered 800 additional units the following quarter.
